Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Strong passion for food and people
- Team player with good attitude and sense of urgency
- Ability to read and follow written recipes, standards, and safety instructions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work in both hot and cool environments
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds and frequently squat and bend
- Self-accountable in upholding high standards
- Able to work in fast-paced setting standing for up to 8 hours daily
- Willingness to learn and develop
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification or willingness to get certified

Job Duties
- Ensuring cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitoring dish machine operation temperatures
- Using correct detergents and sanitizers for cleaning
- Abiding by material safety data sheets for chemical use
- Maintaining safe and clean kitchen walkways
- Assisting with kitchen prep work and food order rotation
