Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- 2+ years experience in cleaning housekeeping janitorial or custodial roles
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Capability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management and punctuality
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous dishwashing experience
- Excellent attention to detail and self-organized
- Ability to deal with a heavy workload
- Flexibility for different shifts including night weekends and holidays
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to perform multiple tasks
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices GMPs sanitation processes procedures and HACCP
Job Duties
- Follow established rules of entry to building and work areas properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and observe security precautions as mandated by management
- Load dishwashing machine with soiled chinaware trays glasses and silverware in appropriate carriers
- Ensure that the dishwashing machine is operating at a proper temperature and has detergent and necessary chemicals for proper operation
- Unload the machine and place cleaned items in appropriate racks or storage containers in proper storage areas
- Sanitize all trolleys carriers oven racks and drawers and deliver to the proper area for storage
- Ensure compliance with all safety company and regulatory procedures including FDA and USDA requirements
- Develop and follow sanitation schedules to meet Sanitation SOP frequency
