Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age or have valid work permit
availability to work evenings
ability to always be positive, attentive, and hospitable
willingness to learn and grow
ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates
reliable transportation to work
valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) card

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in dishwashing or stewarding is beneficial
knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail
good teamwork and communication skills
valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) card preferred

Job Duties

Keep dishes, equipment, service ware, and restaurant property clean according to restaurant standards
maintain restaurant work areas in a clean and orderly condition at all times
assist other employees as specified by supervisors
comply with safety and sanitation regulations
manage cleaning supplies and equipment properly
support team efforts to maintain a smooth operational flow
ensure readiness of service ware for daily use
