Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a kitchen or service environment preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions and schedules
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Commitment to safety and hygiene protocols

- Prior service and/or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions and schedules
- Basic understanding of sanitation and hygiene principles
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
- Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
- Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain compliance with sanitation and safety standards
- Assist in daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about supply or maintenance needs
- Perform other duties as assigned to support kitchen and dining area functions
