Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
capability to handle physical work including lifting and standing for long periods
reliable and punctual
willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen sanitation role preferred
basic understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail
good communication skills
ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment
maintain sparkling clean restrooms
adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
support the health and safety standards of the restaurant
collaborate with team members to maintain overall restaurant cleanliness
assist in proper waste disposal and cleaning duties
