Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work Wednesday through Sunday from 12:00pm to 8:00pm
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy kitchen items
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to follow hygiene and safety standards
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Basic knowledge of dishwashing equipment operation
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Anticipate the dishwashing needs of the kitchen to support meal preparation
- Collaborate with the dining services team to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow health and safety regulations in all cleaning procedures
- Assist with additional cleaning tasks as needed
