- 2+ years experience in cleaning housekeeping janitorial or custodial roles
- previous dishwashing experience

Job Duties
- Follow established rules of entry to building and work areas properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene
- load dishwashing machine with soiled chinaware trays glasses and silverware in appropriate carriers
- ensure that the dishwashing machine is operating at a proper temperature and has detergent and necessary chemicals for proper operation
- unload the machine and place cleaned items in appropriate racks or storage containers in proper storage areas
- sanitize all trolleys carriers oven racks and drawers and deliver to the proper area for storage
- ensure all sanitation team members possess and demonstrate knowledge to follow all applicable chemical safety and food safety procedures
- develop a sanitation schedule to meet the Sanitation SOP frequency
