Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- physical capability to lift heavy trays and operate dishwashing equipment
- basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or commercial dishwashing environment is an advantage
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
- be responsible for keeping the dish area organized, clean, sanitized and running smoothly
- maintain the proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing
- support kitchen staff as needed
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- manage dishwashing equipment and supplies efficiently
