Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand for an 8- to 12-hour shift
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in restaurant dishwashing or similar role is an advantage but not required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation and safety standards
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant
Clean and sanitize all dishware, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
Safely and correctly operate the dishwasher and other equipment
Empty all kitchen and other area trash
Work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, baking Red Lobster's signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and other tasks as needed
Focus on your team and customers ensuring every decision considers both
Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
