Job Duties
- wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment
- assist in maintaining high standards of health and safety
- support kitchen staff by providing clean equipment and utensils
- comply with team member wellness protocols
