Job Requirements
- ability to work wednesday through sunday from 12 pm to 8 pm
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
- previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior dishwashing or kitchen sanitation experience an asset
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
- strong attention to detail
- team player with good communication skills
Job Duties
- wash dishes and utensils using commercial dishwasher and by hand
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- organize and store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- assist with kitchen sanitation and safety procedures
- anticipate needs of the kitchen team to ensure efficiency
- collaborate with dining services team to support meal service
- comply with health and safety regulations
