Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months of experience in utility/dishwashing preferred
- Current state-required sanitation certification or license
- Ability to pass employment history verification and background checks
- Physical ability to perform kitchen cleaning duties
- Strong commitment to maintaining sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization at all times
- Perform kitchen activities including ware-washing system setup and breakdown, dishwashing, pot washing, and general cleaning duties
- Assist serving staff with setting tables and workstation areas
- Assist serving staff with clearing tables
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen and dining areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
