- Previous experience in dishwashing or similar role advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Operate dish washing machine or hand wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
- Maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition
- Empty trash and move to dump site
- Comply with local sanitation standards
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of facility
