Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to work days, nights and weekends as required
- Capable of working in noisy, fast paced environment with distractions
- Able to read and write handwritten notes
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand or move about facility for long periods
- Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping and wiping
- Comply with company safety and sanitation policies
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Must be disciplined and self-motivated
- Friendly and able to smile while working varying shifts
- Ability to dress according to company guidelines, neat, clean and professional
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- Safely operate all equipment
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- Carefully sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
- Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- Handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
- Empty trash and maintain trash cans
- Assist kitchen staff with pressure relief during shifts
- Assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dishes
- Assist with prep and banquet items as directed
- Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- Maintain kitchen storage areas and stock cleanliness
- Clean and maintain all mats
- Assist other team members when needed
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with team members to promote productive and harmonious climate
- Be friendly and smile while working various shifts
- Demonstrate clear communication with guests and team
- Dress neat, clean and professional at all times
- Be self-motivated and disciplined
- Must be at least 18 years old
