Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of sanitation standards
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas

Follow all food safety and sanitation policies
Support kitchen staff by preparing and organizing supplies
Adhere to workplace safety guidelines
