Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience helpful but not required
Ability to stand and walk for 100% of the time
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs
Ability to follow strict sanitary and safety procedures
Ability to maintain personal hygiene and adhere to dress code

Job Qualifications

Able to perform each essential function satisfactorily
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures when using chemicals
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in fast-paced environment
Good communication skills for reporting product and supply needs
Willingness to assist team members and work collaboratively

Job Duties

Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures
Clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management
Keep dish room clean at all times
Keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods
Clean dish machine after every meal
Sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each day, and empty mop bucket
De-lime the dish machine once a week
