Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Prior restaurant experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment
Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards

Job Duties

Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to maintain cleanliness
Operate commercial dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
Ensure all items are sanitized according to health and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed
Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling procedures
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure coordination and timely service
