Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Prior restaurant experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to maintain cleanliness
- Operate commercial dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
- Ensure all items are sanitized according to health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling procedures
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure coordination and timely service
