Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Prior restaurant experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to maintain cleanliness
  • Operate commercial dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
  • Ensure all items are sanitized according to health and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
  • Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed
  • Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling procedures
  • Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure coordination and timely service
