- frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- disciplined and self-motivated
- ability to work days, nights and weekends
- ability to handle physical demands of the job
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all issues and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- operate all equipment safely and correctly
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- sort dishware and flatware carefully to prevent loss or disposal
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
- empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- assist other kitchen staff with pressure relief
- assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
- assist with prep and banquet items as directed by management
- clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- help maintain kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
- clean and maintain all mats
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members to promote a cooperative and harmonious work climate
- be friendly and smile while working days, nights and weekends as required
- communicate clearly with guests and team members
- be disciplined and self-motivated
- maintain neat, clean and professional appearance
- be at least 18 years old
