Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • work days, nights and weekends as required
  • work in noisy, fast paced environment with distractions
  • read and write handwritten notes
  • lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • move about the facility and stand for long periods

  • frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
  • ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
  • disciplined and self-motivated
  • ability to work days, nights and weekends
  • ability to handle physical demands of the job

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
  • keep immediate supervisor informed of all issues and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
  • use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
  • operate all equipment safely and correctly
  • clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
  • sort dishware and flatware carefully to prevent loss or disposal
  • clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
  • adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
  • handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
  • empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist other kitchen staff with pressure relief
  • assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
  • assist with prep and banquet items as directed by management
  • clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls and drains
  • help maintain kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
  • clean and maintain all mats
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain favorable working relationships with team members to promote a cooperative and harmonious work climate
  • be friendly and smile while working days, nights and weekends as required
  • communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • be disciplined and self-motivated
  • maintain neat, clean and professional appearance
  • be at least 18 years old
