Job Requirements

1 year experience preferred
must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
ability to lift up to 40 lbs
capability to bend, reach, stand and walk for long periods
ability to reach with hands and arms
good finger dexterity and hand coordination
specific vision abilities including close, distance and ability to adjust or focus

Job Qualifications

Experience in cleaning or kitchen maintenance preferred
ability to follow instructions and work independently
good organizational skills
strong attention to detail
ability to communicate effectively
physical stamina for manual tasks

Job Duties

Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition
clean and maintain dish area
clean food preparation areas, facilities and equipment
place clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas
sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
remove trash
sweep, scrub and mop floors
receive and store supplies
clean rest rooms
clean and organize service area
