Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work weekends including both Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 8pm
- Must be able to perform physical tasks involved in dishwashing
- Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Willingness to support team in various kitchen tasks
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Any prior food service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Collect dirty dishes from all areas
- Utilize the three-sink process for all pans and non-dishwasher safe items
- Load dirty dishes and pans in the electric dishwasher, running dishes through the wash and rinse cycle
- Unload the clean dishes and places them in their assigned locations
- Clean the work area after each meal and completes daily and weekly cleaning assignments
- Prepare food requests for student activities
- Assist with dishing condiments/snack items
- Clean all food preparation equipment according to use and cleaning procedures
