Job Requirements

Job Duties

- keep the dish area organized, clean, sanitized and running smoothly
- maintain the proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing
- handle washing dishes, utensils, and cookware promptly and efficiently
- assist kitchen and wait staff as needed
- follow all health and safety guidelines
- dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness in surrounding areas
