Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Compliance with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Successfully pass pre-employment drug testing including marijuana and other controlled substances
- Willingness to adhere to strict no-alcohol policy

Job Duties
- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the galley including cutlery, glassware, dishes, and surrounding areas
- Receive and carry food deliveries which require lifting boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs
- Ensure that the commercial dishwasher is operating properly and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues to management
- Create genuine rapport with guests and cater to all galley requests efficiently
- Perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, assisting during special events including afternoon teas, snacks, and participating in evening entertainment
