Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to the guest
  • clean the inside of the restaurant to provide a pleasant, safe environment for guests and co-workers
  • clean around the outside of the building and the parking lot
  • check, clean, and stock the rest rooms
  • empty trash into the dumpster and keep the dumpster, trash cans and back dock area clean
  • thoroughly clean and organize the utility area
  • perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met
  • follow local health department laws
  • stock cook, line, and server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes
  • maintain excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness
  • bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the manager
  • know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery
