Job Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement met
  • Authorized to work in the country
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Ability to stand and move about the restaurant for an 8 - 12 hour shift
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Previous culinary experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Supporting Cooks with prep work, including preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits
  • Focusing on the team and guests in every decision
  • Following all cleanliness and safety protocols
