Job Requirements
- No specific academic qualifications required
- Prior experience preferred but not mandatory
- Must attend and successfully complete orientation and training
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds
- Must maintain uniform standards
- Ability to communicate in English
- Must comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- No jewelry allowed
- Clean and trimmed fingernails required
- Hair must be kept clean and under hat

- Successful completion of Twin Peaks training program
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen maintenance preferred

Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure Heart of House standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
- Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant included, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
