Job Requirements

  • No specific academic qualifications required
  • Prior experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Must attend and successfully complete orientation and training
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds
  • Must maintain uniform standards
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Must comply with safety and sanitation regulations
  • No jewelry allowed
  • Clean and trimmed fingernails required
  • Hair must be kept clean and under hat

  • Successful completion of Twin Peaks training program
  • Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen maintenance preferred

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure Heart of House standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Train using tablets or computer
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant included, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
