Job Duties

  • operate dishwashing equipment and ensure cleanliness of all kitchen utensils and cookware
  • maintain the dishwashing area by cleaning and sanitizing regularly
  • follow health and safety guidelines in the handling and disposal of waste
  • assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and organizational tasks as needed
  • support team members during busy service periods by ensuring dish availability
  • report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors
  • participate actively in training and development programs
