Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or similar role is an asset but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 30 lbs frequently
- Willingness to adhere to dress code and personal hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- Ability to follow strict sanitary procedures and chemical handling instructions

Job Duties
- Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures
- Clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management
- Keep dish room clean at all times
- Keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods
- Clean dish machine after every meal
- Sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each day, and empty mop bucket
- De-lime the dish machine once a week
- Scrub and soak all stained cups weekly
- Exercise extreme precaution and carefully follow instructions and procedures when using chemicals
- Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using clean as you go techniques
- Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed
- Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards
- Use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- Assist fellow associates at every opportunity
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
