Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
  • authorized to work in the United States
  • excellent customer service and people skills
  • in-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
  • strong attention to detail
  • high energy levels
  • ability to work in a team
  • excellent verbal communication
  • able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
  • able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
  • able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
  • able to hear, understand and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment
  • able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean and organized station
  • sweep and clean line floor
  • take out trash
  • fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
  • wash dishes and dry them according to health code regulations
  • assist service staff to fulfill guest requests
  • escalate issues to management and resolve problems constructively
  • communicate well with teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
  • work in fast-paced environment
  • adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
  • follow manager directions throughout a shift
