Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
- Current food handler's card and relevant certifications
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations including proper storage, cleaning, and sanitizing
- Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Willingness to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to operate equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, and wine keys
- Availability for scheduled shifts determined by business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
- Current food handler's card and certifications required by federal, state, or local law
- Basic knowledge of restaurant skills including food, equipment, kitchenware, tableware storage and rotation
- Proper cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking of plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to perform additional duties as required for business support
Job Duties
- Create a relaxed destination by actively participating in a team environment and demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills to promote culinary success
- Set the course by fostering cleanliness and sanitizing tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment
- Build the perfect oasis by keeping the dishroom and equipment clean and organized
- Support the crew by ensuring safety, cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Support other duties as necessary to uphold the business operations
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
