- prior dishwashing or kitchen sanitation experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing machine or hand wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
- maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition
- empty trash and move to dump site

- contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of facility
