Job Duties

Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and maintain their cleanliness
Remove debris and food waste from dishes before washing
Stock clean dishes and utensils to proper storage areas
Assist kitchen staff with maintaining a tidy and safe work environment
Follow all health and safety regulations
Support team members with additional tasks during busy periods
