- previous experience in restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- wash dishes and utensils promptly and thoroughly
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks
- follow health and safety regulations
- ensure timely turnover of dishware to support kitchen operations
- communicate effectively with team members
