  • previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but not required
  • strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties

  • Set up, use, and maintain the mechanical dishwasher for the duration of the shift
  • keep the food line stocked with clean plates
  • perform cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift including work area and restrooms
  • assist in food preparation procedures
  • maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition
