- previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but not required
- strong work ethic and reliability
Job Duties
- Set up, use, and maintain the mechanical dishwasher for the duration of the shift
- keep the food line stocked with clean plates
- perform cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift including work area and restrooms
- assist in food preparation procedures
- maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition
