Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred but not required
ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
strong work ethic and team orientation
ability to stand for extended periods
good physical stamina

Job Duties

execute the cleaning of dishes and cookware during service

operate dishwashing machinery and equipment effectively
communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
