Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates glassware and utensils
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas and kitchen surfaces
- ensure proper operation of dishwashing machines and equipment
- assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed
- adhere to all health safety and sanitation standards
- dispose of waste and recycling materials properly
- support team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
