Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physically capable of performing kitchen duties such as lifting and standing
  • commitment to quality and food safety
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a commercial kitchen preferred but not required
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking methods
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork

  • follow chef-curated recipes and use only the freshest ingredients
  • maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized station
  • train in a specific cooking station based on skill and comfort level
