Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
reliable and punctual
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
attention to detail in cleaning tasks
good teamwork and communication skills
previous dishwashing or cleaning experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

scrape dishes to remove food residue
rinse dishes and utensils before loading into dish machine
wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
place clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas
sort and remove trash into designated pickup areas
sweep or mop kitchen floors
maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
clean garbage cans with water and soap
stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, or refrigerators
transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas
clean and break down dish machine at the end of the night
perform additional cleaning duties as requested
maintain a positive and professional approach to coworkers and customers
