Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Capable of lifting heavy equipment
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety
Willingness to follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Team player with good communication skills
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
Basic math and organizational skills

Job Duties

Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
Support the team in maintaining high health and safety standards
Follow all wellness and sanitation practices
Contribute to a positive and nurturing work environment
