Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting heavy equipment
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety
- Willingness to follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Basic math and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
- Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
- Support the team in maintaining high health and safety standards
- Follow all wellness and sanitation practices
- Contribute to a positive and nurturing work environment
