Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, squat and safely lift 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties

Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
Clean and sanitize all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
Operate dishwashing and other equipment safely and correctly
Empty all kitchen and other area trash
Work as a team supporting cooks with prep work and making Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Focus on team and customers by always considering their needs
Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
