Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior kitchen or dining experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- strong communication skills
- effective teamwork abilities
- prior experience in a kitchen or dining setting preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition
- wash, clean, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment
- keep kitchen floors clean by sweeping and mopping
- maintain dish room area neat and sanitary
- assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs
- adhere to cleaning schedules and food safety practices
- assist with transportation and storage of food and supplies
