- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Experience with cleaning chemicals and dish machine operation
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks

Job Qualifications

- Food Handlers Card required in applicable states (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
- Familiarity with dish machine chemicals and cleaning procedures
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Job Duties
- Keep plateware, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized
- Maintain the dish machine, dish room, prep area, and equipment
- Sweep and mop floors
- Wipe down workstations, walls, and furniture
- Remove trash
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes and place them in racks
- Stack and carry clean dishes to storage and cook's line
- Change dishwater in the dish machine as required
- Wash pots, pans, and trays
- Fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- Assemble and disassemble dish machine
- Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection
