Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and team member and guest touchpoints
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and equipment
- assist in sorting and organizing kitchen supplies
- follow all safety and sanitation protocols strictly
- support kitchen staff by ensuring prompt availability of clean dishware
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation
- manage waste and recycling according to restaurant policies
