Job Duties
- unloads and washes all dishes brought in by bussers
- ensures all tableware, glassware and cooking utensils are clean and sanitary
- takes garbage and trash to dumpster
- cleans kitchen floor and sinks to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- unloads delivery trucks
- other duties as assigned
