Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus
ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
strong attention to detail
good communication skills

Job Duties

Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant
clean and disinfect all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
operate dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
empty all trash from the kitchen and other areas
work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, making Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and other tasks as needed
focus on the team and customers by considering their needs in every decision
follow all cleaning and safety protocols
