Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA and proper documentation
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs, and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
  • You must have organizational and time management skills and demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain all aspects of the dish area and dish machine
  • Use proper pre-soaking procedures, cleaning and following proper chemical usage
  • Use checklists to ensure proper set-up and close down of each shift
  • Maintain positive interaction between service staff and other team members
  • Communicate with and assist other team members
