Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capacity to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly

Job Duties

  • Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware using appropriate washing equipment
  • Sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas to maintain health standards
  • Remove trash and recyclables from kitchen and dining areas
  • Assist kitchen staff as needed during busy periods
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols consistently
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station and surrounding areas
  • Report any maintenance issues with dishwashing equipment promptly
