must be at least 18 years old
able to stand for extended periods
capable of lifting heavy items safely
flexible availability including weekends and holidays
commitment to following safety and sanitation protocols
reliable and punctual
ability to work well under pressure

Job Qualifications

prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen support roles advantageous

Job Duties

clean and sanitize plates, glassware, and utensils
maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas
ensure guest and team member touchpoints are sanitized
assist kitchen staff as needed
follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
manage waste disposal and recycling
support team in maintaining organized workstations
