Job Requirements

At least eighteen years of age
American citizen or Green Card holder
willing to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds
able to stand and walk for extended periods
able to pass drug test
adhere to grooming standards
no alcohol consumption while onboard
able to perform safety and emergency duties
temporary employment for 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen years of age
American citizen or Green Card holder
willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
able to pass a pre-employment drug test including test for Marijuana and other controlled substances
able to adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
excellent interpersonal skills for guest interaction
basic knowledge of hospitality industry helpful but not required

Job Duties

Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the galley including cutlery, glassware, dishes, and surrounding areas
receive and carry food deliveries which require lifting boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs
ensure that the commercial dishwasher is operating properly and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues to management
create genuine rapport with guests and cater to galley requests in an efficient manner
perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation and assisting during special events including afternoon teas, snacks, and evening entertainment
