Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for extended periods
reliable and punctual
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
physical stamina to lift and move heavy items
team player attitude

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar role preferred

Job Duties

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand
place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment
sweep or scrub floors
empty trash
stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed
