Job Requirements

high school education preferred
valid food handlers card in applicable states
ability to work flexible scheduling
attention to detail in cleaning and sanitizing
physical ability to lift and handle kitchenware
commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Job Qualifications

high school preferred
food handlers card (for California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
experience with cleaning and sanitation procedures
ability to handle chemicals used in dishwashing
familiarity with safety and cleanliness standards in a restaurant environment

Job Duties

sweep and mop floors
wipe down workstations, walls, and furniture
remove trash
sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and cooking utensils
place items in racks for the dish machine
sort and stack clean dishes
carry clean dishes to cook's line and storage areas
change dishwater in the dish machine as required
wash pots, pans, and trays
fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
assemble and disassemble the dish machine
prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection
